This little nifty cell phone gadget from ThinkGeek may work well for females. It's a bracelet that will vibrate when you have an incoming call on your cell phone called the BluAlert Bracelet. Most women carry their cell phone in their purse which is sometimes hard for them to hear when it rings. Forget about it if the cell phone is set on vibrate.
