Canadian Rogers Wireless Launches the Nokia N95 8GB

Nokia and Rogers Wireless today announced the launch of the new Nokia N95 8GB, the first device from the Nokia Nseries available in Canada. The Nokia N95 8GB combines speed, technology and content, redefining what can be done on a mobile device and delivering on the promise of a big multimedia computer in one surprisingly small package.

As part of Nokia's popular Nseries lineup, of which 50 million devices have been sold worldwide, the Nokia N95 8GB combines world-class technology and the best in imaging, music and Internet capabilities to give consumers whatever they need to snap, surf, share and score. The 8GB of on-board memory means the handset can house up to 20 hours of video or thousands of songs.

With a 5 megapixel camera with a 20x zoom, Carl Zeiss optics and a luminous 2.8" (240 x 320) QVGA 16 million colour display, high-quality movie and picture making and viewing is right at one's fingertips. The MPEG-4 VGA video capture means that videos are shot at 30 frames per second and are ready for the big screen.
