| The British Association of Dermatologists has released a warning that certain cell phones are causing skin rash because of a reaction to the nickel in their cell phones. The condition named by British Association of Dermatologists is called "mobile phone dermatitis." Cell phone users who are allergic to nickel may get a rash on their cheek, ear or fingers if they spend much time talking or text messaging on a cell phone containing nickel. Not every cell phone contains nickel. Researchers at Brown University tested 22 wireless communication devices earlier this year and found that 10 of them contained nickel. |
