The addition of Good’s enterprise-leading platform expands the breadth of the combined Company’s portfolio, offering the whole spectrum of device-independent solutions to operators, handset manufacturers, large, medium and small enterprises, governments and consumers.
The combined Company will have a significantly extended global reach. With the benefit of Good’s strong relationships with US operators, and extensive branded customer base of enterprise customers, including a high concentration of the Fortune 50, the new Good Technology will serve leading operators, governments and enterprise customers throughout the US and in more than 100 different countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
