iPhone 3GS Cause Mobile YouTube Video Uploads to Skyrocket

According to YouTube, in the previous 6 months uploads from cell phones to YouTube jumped a whopping 1,700%. Additionally, since last Friday when the iPhone 3GS was launched, uploads increased an astonishing 400% per day. That is absolutely amazing!

YouTube claims the up-tick in uploads is caused primarily by three things coming together; new video-enabled cell phones, improved upload flow from cell phone to YouTube and the ease of sharing videos with social networks. It takes about a minute to connect your YouTube account to your Google Reader, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
