IRS Recommends Repealing Tax on Personal Usage of Business Cell Phones

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is recommending repealing the law that will tax personal usage of business cell phones. Yesterday, IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman asked Congress to clarify that businesses and employees will not need to pay taxes on personal use of cell phones provided by their employers.
