Samsung Announces the Solar-Powered E1107 Crest Solar

Samsung today announced a solar-powered cell phone named the E1107 Crest Solar.
The E1107 battery can be charged via sun light, providing 5 to 10 minutes of talk time for every hour charged. The rear of the phone is covered with the solar panel that collects the sun's rays.
The E1107 comes with
Dual-band 800/1900 GSM/EDGE
FM radios
MP3 player
GPS
1.52 inch CSTN display (128 x 128 pixels)
Torch light
Mobile Tracker application
The Crest Solar will be on sale in select markets later this month. At this time no pricing has been disclosed. Samsung E1107 Crest Solar Phone
