MotionTouch Solar-Powered Mobile Phone Charger

| MotionTouch, a design and manufacturing company based in the U.K, has designed and manufactured a solar-powered mobile phone charger called the Powcell. The Powcell sleeve slides onto the back of a mobile phone handset and its solar panel uses light to charge the unit making it an environment-friendly product. The sleeve continuously keeps the phone charged thus reducing the chance of running out of battery power. Powcell has an internal battery that is charged continuously by exposure to light, even when the sleeve is removed from the phone. So if your phone battery is exhausted, the Powcell will have power to provide additional talk time. The initial versions of the Powcell sleeve was designed for the Apple iPhone series and BlackBerry devices. |
