| Over at the Apple Store, they have a device called the “Eye-Fi 2GB Geo Wireless Memory Card” that lets you geotag your photos as you take them and wirelessly upload them from your digital camera to iPhoto via your home Wi-Fi network. So if you visited a museum and can’t recall the name or location of the museum don’t worry because Eye-Fi Geo added geotags automatically to your pictures. The Eye-Fi card sense for surrounding Wi-Fi networks as you take pictures and then translates the information to a specific location and automatically adds the geotag to the pictures. When the pictures are imported they are organized by the different places you took the pictures. The only problem is what if a Wi-Fi network isn’t available. | ![]() |
