Sprint's Service Enablers Bring Benefits
As the only carrier to allow developers access to network location-based services, Sprint announced today it is expanding its open location platform with the addition of TechnoCom Corporation to give developers more ways to create new location-based services for Sprint customers. TechnoCom is a location-based aggregator that provides customization and integration support services tailored to call center and IVR-based services.
TechnoCom enables call centers to offer location enhanced services to customers and handle calls more efficiently. Examples of the location-based services that call center customers could offer include:
- Informing customers of the stores or office locations that are closest.
- Routing them based on location to the most appropriate call center or agent.
- Streamlining call center operations and shortening call times.
